Axpona is committed to providing the most affordable show in North America. Our prices begin at $2000.00 for a standard size exhibit room with larger meeting rooms at the lowest footage cost in the industry. Please use the left navigation and look at all the offerings. • Ballroom Displays: The ballroom is an open display area with 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 20’ and 10’ x 30’ display areas available.

• Convention Area Rooms: are in the main convention area and are individual rooms. See the Convention Floor Plan  pdf for location details.

• 1st Floor Bridge Suites: are large suites on the first floor. Adjoining rooms are available on a first come basis.

• Suites: are situated on the 4th and 5th floor and offer a bedroom combined with a living room area. The bedroom area must remain intact with no furniture removal available

• 2nd and 3rd Floor Rooms are standard hotel rooms with the furniture removal available.
